this one is called "notes & quotes".
The base is their new classic scroll frame coaster.
Notice how "notes & quotes" is a perfect fit for the Maya Road scroll frame...
that's the advantage of designing stamps...
I get to size them to fit!
So, those large studio 490 background stamps that completely cover the Maya Road mini album pages...fate??
I think not...
PLANNED!
Back to the art...
inside...
*
If you think it's EASY being on a design team...
think about this...
you'll see why I needed that mojito!
*
Maya Road sent me this AWESOME CANVAS POCKET BINDER album...
*
HOWEVER...since it's a brand new product...
you only get one...
ONE!!
*
If you mess it up, there's no running out to your LSS to get another...no one has them!
YIKES!!
SCARRY!
Here's the back cover...
*
tim's mask stuck to the canvas perfectly, which allowed me to apply plenty of distress inks...
*
The flowers are colored with turquoise metallic Maya Mist...
then stamped.
Working with the canvas is MUCH easier than you think...
just dive in!!
It was REALLY FUN!!
*
One more thing...
I used Ranger's jet black archival for stamping on the canvas...
***
and speaking of RANGER...
***
the grand prize contest starts...
tomorrow!
A BIG BOX of Ranger goodies for some lucky someone!
***
until then...
make art!

Wendy,
ReplyDeleteA few weeks ago at the stamp show in Orlando, my friend Barbara told you how much I loved your stamps. While she was shopping in your booth, you very nicely made a tag for me. We were both impressed at how nice a person you are. Thanks so much for the tag!!!
