ReplyDeleteI love them ALL, but forced to choose? I really like Perfect Peony. Sort of a relaxed, blowing in the wind flower. Super pretty. Also love Darling Daisies, why not get 2 stamps instead of one? This is a great value. Sidenote: CRAZY about Tree Branch and Dandelion. AND Crackle Paste, which is so yummy I'll probably eat it and wash it down with some Distress Stain.

ReplyDeleteI have a GROWING collection of stencils that I have NO idea what to do with (other than canvas creations), so winning a spot in this class would be absolutely fantastic! Add to that the fact that I'm going to be home for the next two months doing physical therapy for a knee replacement, the class would help me concentrate on something FUN and help me deal with all the pain ahead ... thanks for the chance!!

In the spirit of sucking up, though the flowers (especially the peony, my favorite flower) are wonderful, I think the Little Bits are my favorite. Very versatile. Don't have the six new ink colors, but have been using your first six ALL THE TIME, and just love them. So, I'm sure there will be six more on my work table very soon. And the crackle paste? Oh my, need that too. :)

ReplyDeleteI agree, stencils are SO versatile. I have tried hand cutting some myself from salvaged plastic but the intricate cuts of your basket weave, or sun burst are fabulous. My mind is already buzzing with ideas from watching all the CHA sneek peeks....its a long wait in the UK for the goodies to filter through....this course would help fill the gap! :-)

ReplyDeleteI started stamping 5 jears ago and started stencilling at the same time. You had to go all over the world to get the stencils and that was great fun, but I´m glad I can buy your new stencils a little closer to home in a while! I just love them! Would be great to see if there are more ways to use stencils as I do now in the class... But working with stencils alone gives me so much plesure! Inky greetings, Gerrina

Love that pocket tag sample you made. The Vintage Floral stencil is a beauty...but I really like the Checkmate stencil too. Too many choices.... Oh what the heck, I need all of them! One can't have too many stencils! I will have to have some of that new crackle paste too. Welllll, there goes my stamping budget for the next few months! Almost forgot Tim's new round applicators...love those things to pieces. What a super idea!!! I'm really out of control! lol

Well, duh (to my prior post)...the vintage wallpaper is from the must have stamp list - I meant to choose the perfect umbrella stencil!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love stencilling! The more stencils I have, the better:-) My favourites are the 'sunburst' and 'build a blossom', although I love them all. Can't wait to see more techniques with the crackle paste.
