my bags are packed...I'm ready to go...

One quick update...
Ted will NOT be in Philadelphia...
OOPS...my mistake!

But the Stampers Anonymous booth will be there & LOADED with rubbery stuff...

Can't have a blog post with out a photo...
so...

I leave you with today's booth sample...

This was...
TOTALLY...TOTALLY... TOTALLY ...FUN!

I was supposed to be packing...
but I had this idea...
I couldn't resist the URGE...

I just HAD to...
make art!

I can't say it enough....the way you take Tim's stuff and use it in such a uniquely Wendy way....it's just inspiring! Just goes to show there's more than one way to approach grunge!

I love how your mind works. I see a bird cage and think bird. You see a bird cage and think what else can I do with this. Have a great weekend.

That's fantastic! I've been thinking about making the cage more 3D but was only thinking of pushing it up with pop dots - not rounding it like this. LOVE IT!

Have a great trip! I just adore your new booth sample!.. Isn't it amazing how the smells of rubber and ink brew the most fantasic art pieces in your head?

Tona said...

Great project! So how did you attach the birdcage?

I'm standing here outside your door, I hate to wake you up to say good-bye. Have a wonderful time - don't make the taxi wait and blow his horn - sorry :o) All seriousness - have a super time, make art and have FUN!!

Love it, I'm glad you didn't leave the poor girl locked in, she deserves the chance to expand her wings and fly. Have a safe journey Wendy, and enjoy your weekend.

Ok, when you attach the wire on the bottom with the tape, do you put something over it to cover up the wire? I think that tape is double sided. It's just shaped so nice and I plan to play with this die next weekend. Curious minds want to know the secret. Love the use of the face in the bird cage too. Wonderful!!!
