Corny??

You bet...oh well...

Tomorrow...
the first day of spring...
I think someone needs to convey this message to the weatherman in Illinois.

Yesterday Rick put down fertilizer & Grub-Ex ...
(supposedly skunks eat grubs?)...
we LOVE animals...but NOT skunks...

today the yard is covered in white stuff & it's coming down like a bloody blizzard...

the poor little robins are running around wondering what happened...
me too!

This is obvious...
they're will be NO dining on the deck today...

there's even more white stuff since this photo...
make it STOP!

My reason for this quick post is to let you know about a SHORT SALE...

Sorryu to hear that you got more snow. Not to make you feel bad, but it's supposed to be in the upper 60's in my neck of the woods today.
I'm anxious to see what the new stamps might be...

I think we in St. Louis are going to miss the snow.Something about a low coming in from the south. Just think of it this way: The snow will melt all your fertilzer into your yard.

Yeah the icky stuff came back. I had some tiny flowers blooming in the front yard. Don't know how they will be doing. Guess I will have to make art today!

Oh, poor you! We woke up to maybe a half inch, but only on the grass. Although, apparently the roads were slippery on the bridges. DH saw a bunch of accidents when he was out. We're still getting a few flakes coming down, but it's melting.

A bit of sun here - shall I send it northwards? No snow for us but rain later today. Sigh. Actually, I like putting down grass see right before the last snow of the year. Hmmm - new stamps that we really need? My mind is working ot trying to guess ahead of time what those might be.

It is soooooooo unfair of you to tease us with NEW stamps for July CHA when my local LSS has not gotten the current ones in stock yet! Had to get mine online from Simon because although I am a loyal customer, I am also an impatient stamper.
Enjoy your weekend despite your weather and remember how much it makes you appreciate the Spring (and also your trips to California, lol)
Sincerely
Kathryn

we too had snow yesterday. most of it is gone now but the cold, blustery wind and clouds are keeping it from being a day to enjoy outside. i am working on cards for the next batch of birthdays. seems to be an endless number of relatives with birthdays this month. must get back and make art

I hope you absorbed plenty of sunshine when you were here in So. Cal. Looks like you really need it. I'm glad I got to meet you at the Carson show. I thoroughly enjoyed your demos. Even though I read your blog every day that I'm at home, I still picked up more great stamping info. There's nothing like seeing demos in person. You are a fantastic teacher and a super nice lady! Thank you for sharing your art with us.
