Need an idea for a cool gift?? Check this out........
Cheryl Kuba brought this to our class last Saturday @ Scrapbook Friend'z. SHOW & TELL is fun!
Cheryl's friend said she needed a place to store special cards. So...Cheryl started with a generic photo box & created this great gift box for her. She used grungeboard, colored it with distress inks, & made it dimensional.
She chose stamps from studio490 & Stampers Anonymous/tim & a tim idea-ology key too. It's hard to believe...but it's actually even cooler in person.
Cheryl...THANKS for sharing you art & showing what you learned in the classes.
So...if you are ready to get going on your handmade Christmas gifts...here's a tip to get you started.

Now a question from me.............
***
In the last several months I've gotten some emails about selling extra class kits. I'm just checking to see if this is something you guys want...
I sent out 3 kits on Wednesday as a test of the postal system & to check their cost. $6.00 got the kits shipped with delivery confirmation to 3 different states.
So...this is just in the thinking stage...but let me know if this is something you'd like. Each would come with complete instructions, just like my store classes. I would included a color copy of the project too. Most likely these kits would just ship in the US.
TALK to me!!!
Tomorrow is another class @ Scrapadoodle in Peoria, Illinois. We'll be creating the Make it Merry Holiday Hanging. It's a fun, inky, stamping, grungy class. Hope to see you there.
Make your weekend special!
Make ART!

Sellng your kits for those who don't get to take your classes would be very generous ... I'd more than likely be taking advantage of that opportunity ... you make coool stuff!
I would luv to take a class but just not affordable right now. I spent all the $ on homeschooling supplies and heating fuel for the cold winter in Maine. I have never taken a class and would luv to learn how to grunge. I started watching some videos using Tim Holtz blending pads and inks. So I had picked up those things to be able to teach it in our art class.
Since I don't live in your area I'd love to get a class kit! I would love to buy one!
A great idea!
Would LOVE to buy a class kits. Stephanie
Wendy, I think it would be a great idea to sell your kits...it would be like having you @ my house! LOL!!
The box that Cheryl made for her friend is just breath-taking! Lucky friend! LOL!!
Have a great TGIF! xoxoxo
Put me on the list to recieve your kits. Wow...this would be great, but not as much fun as having you in person.
Your guest did a fab job and I don't see how it could look any better in person. WOW.
I would be very interested since you are not having any classes in NE ohio....
Wendy: I would love ot have the chance to buy your class kits - your stuff is awesome!
I would be interested in class kits unless you are coming back every other month.
LOVE what your "student" made. AWESOME creation! I would be interested in class kits. It's much better being taught by you in person though. Hope to see you in Charleston again in 2009!!!

Hi,
As a regular reader of your blog I'd love to be able to buy your kits. I'm just afraid that the demand would out strip the supply!
