studio 490 reveal...day 3

happy day 3...

I have more fun stuff today...
I love showing the real deal & just not mini peeks...

I have had a BLAST playing with the things I'm sharing today...

let's start with 2 more of my new embellishments
with Blossom Bucket...

here we have the single flower...

it's perfect right from the package...
or you can alter it...
I'll show you that below...

it's 2 inches tall...
and just stinkin' cute...

now where should we put that flower?

how about into a clear resin bottle?

I expected cute, but this bottle seriously
blew me away when it arrived...
you'll see that I designed it with a cut out (slit) in the back...

so that things can actually be PUT INTO the bottle...
and when it's glued, it will still be flat...

it's 1 1/2 inches tall...

take a look @ this cutie...

now what I LOVE about the bottle is that it can be used...
right from the package & you have a clear mini bottle...
I have used it that way...

but...
want some color for the bottle?

just ink it with any of tim's alcohol inks...
any color will work...
so we have LOTS of options...

also notice in the photo below, that I added some
monarch orange archival ink to accent the flower...
and a bit of olive archival to add some shading to the leaves...

below is the single flower inside the bottle...
and it's all dimensional on the front,
but perfectly flat on the back!

on the photo below, I used the same inks as above, but I added lots of rock candy stickles...

but before that...
I did my cracked glass technique...

I painted the bottle with Glue N Seal (use the matte finish)...
dried it...
painted it with rock candy crackle paint...
let it dry & crack...
then I added cloudy blue alcohol ink to the back (flat) side...

and added the big dose of stickles when it was dry...

oh...
and some mini pearls to accent the flower...

trust me...
this is one FUN bottle...

now here's some new rubber stamps...
hot off the press...

set #LCS080 is called...

essence of art

starting @ the top...
***EDIT***
these are out of order...
not enough caffeine yet...
I was looking @ the proof...not the stamp set***

be it ever so humble...
I wanted to give us more options to use with my house stamps and with the residences art parts...
and if you don't have the residences...
you'll NEED them when you see what's coming...
OMG...just sayin'

with love from me to you...
reminds me of a song...
this makes the cutest little banner...
put it on a memo pin...
and it makes a fun embellishment...

wherever you are...be at home...
again...for the house stamps & residences art parts...

prices...
use them alone...
or use them as a border...
they are a perfect fit for the next stamp...

the jar...
now this isn't any ordinary jar stamp...
it has a 2 piece coordinating art part...
I'll explain that below...

it's 2 3/4 inches tall...

HOME SAYING...
as you can see...
still loving house type stuff...

a new flower!
I love this stamp...
it has a coordinating art part...

it's simple to stamp just an extra flower & layer it for more dimension...

and finally...

a floor plan...
for use with houses, residences
& just a good background stamp...

depending on the ink you choose, it can be bold or subtle...

the numbers can be punched out & used with...??

now about that jar with the 2 piece art part...

this is the same concept as the bottle above...
I wanted to be able to put things INTO the jar,
but still glue it perfectly flat...
and not see any pop dots from the side...

the cutout allows just that...
so when you look @ it from the side, you only see art part material...

I LOVE it...

here it is with the flower IN it...
and the price stamped & embossed on the front...

the flower is layered...

I glued tim's new tissue wrap to my Clearly for Art...
that allowed me to have a thin flower, that looks like tissue...
because it is...

but it's molded & dimensional & it's very sturdy...
it's stamped with jet black archival...
and I inked over it with alcohol ink..

and don't look @ that flower center...
that's coming to a blog near you...
soon...

so...
what do you think of my new babies?
can't wait to hear!

it's time to get these fingers inky and...

make art!
wendy
ps...one more thing...
to answer the question...

the guy stamp from yesterday is not the lady's (from day 1) hubby...
he's way too stuffy for her...

her guy will make an appearance soon...
stay tuned...

Wendy -

I am truly loving your embellishments! You are such a clever girl. They are just fabulous. And your stamps, yummy. The words you said reminded you of a song, well they reminded me too. The song is by the Beatles, From Me To you.

If there's anything that you want,
If there's anything I can do,
Just call on me and I'll send it along,
With love from me to you.

Awesome stamps, and more Art Parts. I love Art Parts! More! More!
